His journey expanded into neighboring West African countries. He began exploring the diverse landscapes and vibrant cultures of the region, using local communities and markets as his primary guides and connections.
Africa and the Middle East
The expansion of his journey into more African destinations and the Middle East highlighted the importance of hospitality and cultural exchange. He learned from the history and food of these regions, building connections that transcend borders.
